You'll need to register for the Customer Portal. Please click on the "My Account" section of the home page and follow the instructions.
If you need some help, give us a call on 0808 304 9870.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Calls are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.
You can download the Share Energy app from Apple App Store or from Google's Play Store, depending on your device.
