Investing in the next generation of climate leaders

Investing in the next generation of climate leaders

We're proud to announce Share Energy's continued sponsorship of the 30 Under 30 Northern Ireland Climate Change-Makers programme for a second year.

After seeing the incredible impact of the 2025 cohort, we know this investment matters. These young leaders aren't just talking about climate action, they're delivering it in their organisations and communities across Northern Ireland.

The 2026 programme launches in January and applications are now open until 7th December for emerging leaders under 30 who want to drive real environmental change.

Participants will benefit from:

✓ Expert-led workshops on biodiversity, leadership and sustainability

✓ Accredited Carbon Literacy Training

✓ A powerful network of climate advocates

✓ The skills and platform to make lasting impact

At Share Energy, we believe climate change demands both innovation and education. Supporting initiatives like 30 Under 30 aligns perfectly with our mission to promote smart energy solutions and drive sustainable change.

Huge thanks to Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, Podiem and our fellow sponsors for making this programme possible.
