Share Energy Co-Founder Colm McClean talks growth, value, and changing mindsets

Colm McClean, one of Share Energy’s co-founding directors, recently spoke to The Irish News about our mission: to offer Northern Ireland’s lowest standard tariff, share profits with our customers, and persuade NI electricity consumers to make the move.

Colm – a Tyrone man –  acknowledged that, historically, competition among energy suppliers has done little to motivate consumers to switch. However, he believes this trend is changing — thanks to Share Energy.

“We’re very happy with the speed at which our customer base has grown and very grateful to the thousands who have switched over to Share Energy so far,” Colm said.
