Share Energy is the newest electricity supplier in the Northern Ireland electricity market.
And we’re here to do things differently.
We were, like many others, fed up with our supplier. So we set about creating the energy company we always wanted to see exist.
The result is Share Energy – A company built on our relationships with our customers. A company that shares our profits. A company powered by innovative technology but grounded in old-school values.
It matters to us that our customers feel more like partners than consumers. We’re not another faceless corporation. We are local. We like to talk to our customers. And we’ll always have someone at the end of the phone ready to take your call.

While our profit share is ground-breaking in its own right, we believe it's customer service that will truly set Share Energy apart.
Why choose us over more established providers?
As the name suggests, sharing is the founding principle of our company. Whilst maximising profit is the chief aim of most other companies, this is not the case with Share Energy.
Every year we witness large companies increasing their prices and then announce large rises in profits. This is the basis of the cost-of-living crisis. Average consumer wages have not increased in the same way therefore it is consumers who often struggle to pay electricity bills, whether to heat their homes or keep their businesses running.
There is now a huge number of people in every section of society who feel exploited by companies prioritising the profits of shareholders over the wellbeing of customers. As founders of Share Energy we believe it's time for a change.
