Share Energy is the newest electricity supplier in the Northern Ireland electricity market.
Its founders and directors have many years of experience in both electricity production and electricity supply. Northern Ireland born and raised, Jonathan Barr and Colm McClean have founded and developed a number of established companies in renewable energy production, engineering and software. They have used their experience to provide investment and support to many other start-ups in a range of diverse sectors.
Damian Wilson has been at the forefront of the NI electricity supply market for the previous 15 years gaining invaluable and in-depth knowledge and experience of what is required to manage and operate a local energy supply company.
This combination of expertise across not only the entire electricity life cycle but also in strategic company growth means that Share Energy has the necessary solid foundation required to become the leading electricity supplier in Northern Ireland.
While our profit share is ground-breaking in its own right, we believe it's customer service that will truly set Share Energy apart.

As the name suggests, sharing is the founding principle of our company. Whilst maximising profit is the chief aim of most other companies, this is not the case with Share Energy.
